Metrology Centre

Our Quality Assurance Department has a range of equipment available to assist production in ensuring consistently high quality standards are maintained in production.

All production gauges are calibrated and verified on a planned schedule.

The following equipment is available:

• Tensile tester
• Optical comparator
• Ra meter for surface texture
• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The coordinate measuring machine uses a geometric coordination system to measure all dimensions of the component.
