CNC Machining of Aluminium Extrusion

All shapes of aluminium extrusion (up to 6m in length) can be machined on our two 3 axis CNC centres with significant advantages of signal setup and relative dimensional accuracy. Our equipment has the capacity of machining around 20k components a month. Components currently made on these machines include hinges, electrical connectors and rollers for sliding/folding doors.

Finished Goods
Our stockholdings of the various products are based on customers’ requirements and also take into account any cyclical offtake.
